Not Every Athlete Gets an Invite…
But Your Athlete Can

An All Star Bag Tag is a personal invitation to attend All Star Week as recognized by peers, coaches and officials. Athletes who impress at local tournaments are the first to receive these Bag Tags, watch for them!

  • Bag Tag Recognition: Athletes recognized at AC Sports or affiliate tournaments may receive an All-Star Bag Tag. Their personal invitation to register.
  • Scan & Register: Scan the QR code on your Bag Tag → select “I Have a Bag Tag” → complete registration.
  • Nominate a Player: Coaches and parents can nominate athletes through our easy forms. Once submitted, the event director will reach out to confirm admission.

Tip: Make sure your athlete stands out. The spotlight is on those who rise to the challenge.

Fee: $199

Dates:

  • July 27 — Pittsburgh Pirates home game
  • July 28 — Competition Day 1 (HR derby Fastest Athlete, drills, Pelotero BP, fielding comps)
  • July 29 — Competition Day 2 (games)

Age Divisions:

  • Baseball 9–12U
  • Softball 10–14U

 

AC Sports All-Star Week Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility:  Players who withdraw before July 1, 2026 are eligible to receive a full refund. 

Partial Refund (After July 1, 2026): Players who withdraw on or after July 1, 2026 may receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. 

Any player who registers after July 1, 2026 has 24 hours to request a refund without penalty. 

How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be submitted via our support form. Refunds will not be processed without a completed request.
